How would I know if the lead is a quality lead?
You will be able to see the name, partial email address, partial contact number and full text enquiry. From here, you can judge if the enquiry lead is sincere or just a spam enquiry. After purchasing, you are to make a conscientious effort to follow up with the lead.

Can I get a refund for leads that are not contactable or not interested?
Unfortunately, we will not give a refund for leads that are purchased. Please purchase an enquiry lead with your own discretion.

I have sent an enquiry to interior designers. However, they have not replied or contacted me. Why?
Firstly, we apologise for the lack of response from the interior designers. This might be because they have not purchased your enquiry lead sent to them. They might believe that your enquiry is insincere or a spam. You might want to resend those enquiries with your full name, a working email address and a local contact number. We also recommend you to specify your renovation needs in detail in the enquiry text.

I am an advertiser. Can I choose a particular videographer or photographer for each filming?
I am an interior designer who has changed the company I work for. Can I bring over my portfolios to my new company?

Technically, you are able to manually do so by logging in to your new company’s account. However, we will recommend that you do so with the permission of your previous company. We do not wish for you to get into any legal lawsuits which arise from this.
